Does anyone know why Cheryl Johnson resigned and why Risk Management is being audited and a investigation is underway?

Word is investigation involves workers compensation fraud to the tune of over $100,000.00.. Cheryl Johnson was not involved but it did happen on her watch. Investigation is in it's early stages.
