Dead Last!

AP The Brookings Institution recently ranked all 50 states and the District of Columbia by the percentage of population earning high school diplomas.

Texas came in dead last. Fifty-first out of 50 states and the District.

This information is for all the wolves out there, it is a clear fur coat you wear. Iis not our children, it is the administration. It is not the teachers, there may be some sluff offs in that bunch but most, and it's not far from all, do a huge job with little support. It is the administration. It is broken. It has been broken for a long (long, long) time.
